Here's the Run Down

Everything is automated on your smartphones, so your team building activity will be easy to use for both you and your group. All the activities will be completed on the app through photos, videos or text responses. Teams are awarded points in real-time and can easily check the leaderboard or livestream to see who’s ahead!

    Search for your Activity on the app.

    Join the Activity with your entry code.

    Groups will snap a team photo and create a team name.

    Watch the fun unfold on the livestream and leaderboard.

As the organizer, you’ll choose where teams start and finish and how long teams have to complete the activity. Participants will need to complete as many challenges as possible to earn points and win it big!

What to Expect

  • When you buy your activity online, you will be provided with full instructions and an activity name and Entry Code that will be unique to your group.
  • Split your group into teams with at least one smartphone per team.
  • Tell them how and where they can download the Team Experiences app from the App Store or Google Play!
  • Ask the teams to sign in with an email address.
  • When everyone has signed in, tell them the name of the activity and give out the Entry Code.
  • Watch the experience unfold!

Leader of the Pack

Every challenge within the activity earns points, and you can watch the teams climb LIVE on the leaderboard. Your group can see who is at the head of the pack in real-time by clicking the “Leaderboard” button on the menu within the app or using the links online. You can use the live stream to view everyone’s submissions and track the progress of each team taking part.

Winning It Big!

The team with the most points wins! You can choose how to award your winners. And when the fun has come to a close, you can download the photos and videos from your group to keep as a memorable token of what a great time everyone had together with Team Experiences. Ready to give it a shot?
